Refund Policy

14-Day Refund Window

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a full refund within 14 days of the original transaction date. To request a refund, contact us at hello@withunravel.com. Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the original purchase.

After 14 Days

Refund requests made after the 14-day window has elapsed will not be honored. Once the 14-day period has passed, all sales are final.

Subscriptions

For subscription plans, the 14-day refund window applies to the initial purchase. Subsequent renewal charges are non-refundable. You may cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future charges. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email hello@withunravel.com with your account email address and the reason for your request. We will process your refund within 5-10 business days.

This policy applies to all products and services offered by Unravel, including the Unravel browser extension and any paid subscription plans.
